Shipping & Processing
When placing an order please keep in mind that your billing and shipping address must match. We do not ship to unconfirmed address. Please contact us before placing an order if you need your package shipped elsewhere. All packages will be shipped through USPS mail. DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ALL ORDERS TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. Standard shipping time takes 3-5 business days. Health Wellness Store ships product Monday - Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or National Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Health Wellness Store is not responsible for any lost items. Although this is very rare it can happen. Please make certain the shipping address listed on your order is accurate. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Health Wellness Store does not hold any responsibility for packages that state have been delivered. If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
If an item is available on back order, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Return & Exchanges
Health Wellness Store takes great pride in our products and customer service. Due to sanitation purposes, all sales on face mask is final. In the rare case that a product is defective please contact us at info@HealthWellnessStore.com within 5 days of delivery. These circumstances will be handled by our customer service. We encourage all clients to inspect your package once received. No return or exchange request will be honored after 5 days NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All items must be returned in its original packaging and condition for exchanges to be honored.
